World mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day at Legamaddy 

Today, to mark World Mental Health Day, our school counsellor — provided by ALPS — visited our school to speak with the children about the importance of looking after our mental health, especially during catastrophes and emergencies. The session helped pupils understand how to manage big feelings, stay connected, and look after themselves and others during challenging times. A big thank you to Catherine for her support and guidance!
