					            					            I am pleased to share our Child-Friendly School Development Plan for the upcoming year. Our focus is on creating a supportive and engaging environment for all students. Here are the key initiatives:
- Global Learning Programme: Weekly world news activities to help students make informed choices about the environment.
 - WAU (World Around Us): Emphasis on environmental friendliness and STEM skill development.
 - Health and Well-Being: Promoting a healthy, active lifestyle and continuing play therapy sessions.
 - Visible Learners: Identifying and fostering good learning habits.
 - STEM: Participation in science, technology, engineering, and math challenges.
 - Numeracy: Enhancing problem-solving skills and introducing financial capabilities.
 - Literacy: Improving reading, writing, and communication skills.
 - Attendance: Striving to improve student attendance.
 - ICT: Developing digital skills and online safety awareness.
 - Board of Governors: Enhancing the role of governors in school oversight.
