P5 Science Meets History!

This week in P5, we explored how salt helps preserve food , just like the Ancient Egyptians did!

We used tomatoes and salt to test how preservation works. Over time, we observed how salt slowed down decay,  just like it helped preserve bodies during mummification thousands of years ago!
