We are joining lots of primary schools and nurseries around Northern Ireland on Friday 1st December for the Daily Mile Santa Run to celebrate the positive benefits that daily activity can have on our mental health. Children’s mental health, and its relation to physical activity, is more important than ever.
Children can bring in their Christmas accessories (hats, head bands etc.. ) to wear when they take part in their Daily Mile.
Lets all enjoy the fun and get into the festive spirit of Christmas
